How can I use social media to build brand awareness for my sports management website? – Business Advice – Business.com

Hi Apoorva,

This is a great question. Social media marketing can be tricky. I’d recommend taking a look at a guide to social media marketing on our sister site, Business News Daily. Here’s a link to the article: https://www.businessnewsdaily.com/7832-social-media-for-business.html. The article also includes links to more detailed guides on each of the major social media sites.

When it comes to deciding which platforms to use, it depends on where your customers are. If you have a slightly older demographic, you might see great results on Facebook. Younger customers might be more included to use platforms like Snapchat. Find where your customers are, and focus on that platform.

Since you’re handling the marketing yourself, it might make sense to find one or two platforms that your customers use the most and focus on those. It can be difficult to manage multiple social accounts and campaigns all by yourself. One or two platforms would certainly be more manageable and might make sense as a good starting point. One strong social media campaign on one platform is better than 3-5 weak campaigns on a variety of platforms.
